Message	hi there. I received an email the week of my event date stating that it has been postponed and to either reschedule using the methods via email or request a refund. the day of, i received another email stating and confirming that the event was in fact happening with a location. I reached out a few hours before the event time via email and i have not heard a response since. I would like to attend a show. i am not requesting a refund, however, the rescheduling process would not recognize my code. i'm not sure how, when i followed all of the directions. please help. i am looking forward to the ratatouille experience. thank you.
