My group spent around $400 total, and with no communication or follow-up, the customer service experience has felt very unprofessional. At this point, I would appreciate either: - Information about any upcoming Detroit showings of Ratatouille so we can reschedule our tickets, or - A refund if Ratatouille will not be playing in Detroit during the summer months.
