    Refund Request - Portland Ratatouille 5/16

    Hello,

    I had 2 tickets for the Ratatouille show that was scheduled for 5/16 and postponed. When I received the email a few days before, it was too late to cancel our hotel since we were traveling from out of state. 

    I immediately went to the provided link to reschedule for a later date, but the only show left was in November and had only 1 ticket left. This was for a birthday trip and since we lost $200 from the hotel, we aren't able to afford another trip for the rescheduled date.

    I would like a refund for my 2 purchased tickets. We hope to be able to attend a show one day!
