    Good evening,

    This is my third attempt to get assistance, and I have not received a response. If I do not hear back promptly, I will need to request a refund.

    I’ve been trying to resolve an issue regarding my cancelled tickets. I received an email in March stating that my event was cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, and I am now attempting to reschedule.

    I would like to use my cancelled tickets to book the Saturday, May 30th Ratatouille showing at 1:00 PM. However, the website I was directed to is currently down, and the main website will not accept the promo code I was given (my first and last name).

    Please advise on how I should proceed or assist me in securing tickets for my preferred date and time. I do not want to miss out on another event.
