Reschedule Canceled Show

Hello,

I tried to use the link and password sent to reschedule but it did not seem to work. When I would try to add the tickets for a show it would not allow me click the add button.

I was trying to reschedule for the 6:00pm August 1st show time. Please let me know what information you need, thank you.

Hello, 

Following-up on this email. I had tickets for the Lilo & Stitch showing that was cancelled in los angeles. The link that was shared with me via email to reschedule did not work. 

I would like to reschedule for the 6:00pm August 1st show time. If that time is no longer available please issue a refund.
