We got the email on the 19th with a list of dates to switch too. We wanted to do Saturday may 23rd at 130. When I went to check out with the redemption code, it said ticket sales ended. If you guys cannot switch our tickets to the 23rd we would like a refund,since we are not from the area and it would be difficult/near impossible to reschedule to a later date. If you are able to reschedule our tickets to the 23rd, we do have 1 person in our party that has a severe allergy to tree nuts (coconut is okay) that would need to be accommodated.it would be a disappointment to not be able to enjoy the show since it was recommended by others we know.thanks for your help.
