The first was on May 1 for coco. I received an email on April 27 that it was postponed with a rescheduling link that was supposed to allow me to see any other show that month. Since I was already booked for the other show in May, I requested to be able to use it for June to see Shrek. I did t get a response saying it would be okay to do so by someone names esmeralda but upon trying multiple times, the code did not work. I reached out several times again to make them aware. Someone got back to me on April 30 advising that something was wrong with the website and once it's fixed I will be updated for booking. I have not heard from anyone since. I have reached out through that same email chain at least 6 more times with screen shots of my attempting again to use the codes but I not being accepted. Now none of the links work at all. When I did finally get an email from fork and filk on may 20, it was just to tell me that my show for may 22 ticket number(2ZZT-6DB3-5T7) also canceled and I could get a credit for the amount I paid. This issue with that is i had dis count codes for both shows because i answered the trivia questiins correctly. That would make me have to pay and additional 100 dollars when i had a discount code for my original show, That is ridiculous!I am very upset about the way things have been handled. This is poor customer service and it seem as if No one cares. I am to the point now where I no longer want to be a patron of your service and want to give a review about how I have been treated. which saddens me because I have had an enjoyable experience in the past which is why I booked multiple shows.
