    MessageHi, I hope you’re doing well. I’m reaching out regarding my tickets for the Lilo & Stitch screening for this Saturday. My daughter who was supposed to attend with me is sick with strep throat which is highly contagious, out of courtesy and wanting to keep others safe, I’m unfortunately unable to attend on the original date. I wanted to ask if it would be possible to switch my tickets to a different date. I’d really appreciate any flexibility you can offer, as I’d hate to lose out on the cost of the tickets.     Unfortunately, because our events are all fully finalized ahead of time, we are unable to transfer these tickets to a different date. However, we would love to help make sure you don't lose out on them! If you have any friends or family members who would like to go in your place, please just let us know the name of the new primary ticket holder. We will be more than happy to update our guest list so they can check in smoothly at the door.

    We send our warmest wishes to your daughter and hope she feels much better and has a super speedy recovery! Please let us know if you'd like us to update those names for you.
