REFUND
hello my show for ratatouille in detroit was cancelled 3 days prior to showtime on May 16th. i have emailed detroit fork n film 3 times since finding this out and requesting a refund and what your refund policy process is. when i arrived to the hotel that the show was supposed to be at, all they did was direct me to the website. there is absolutely no customer service line and i have seen multiple people complaining of the same issue with reports on their cards and to the BBB. i will be following suit if i do not get a timely response.
