    Hello,
    I am forwarding this email chain on to this email because I've gotten no help or response and I noticed Portland is no longer a city listed for ForknFilm Events. 
    If I am no longer able to reschedule, I would like a refund. However, the card I used for this transaction is no longer in use and had to be replaced. A check to the address I registered with would be acceptable and probably the best option. 
     
    Just as a side note, this was supposed to be an event that my children, myself, and my mother went to but due to all of the issues FnF Portland was having, we weren't allowed an opportunity to go and now my mother is no longer with us.
    Please let me know how we can resolve this incredibly frustrating issue ASAP.

    The link for the reschedule is not working anymore. I'm guessing this is due to the fact that FNF has a new website.

    To confirm, yes, the current availability for The Princess and the Frog in Portland begins in November, and at this time we do not have any earlier show dates available. We’re very sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

    We also really appreciate you asking so candidly about the cancellations. You’re absolutely right that there have been more changes than we would ever want, and we sincerely apologize for that. We want to be transparent in sharing that we’ve had some unforeseen operational challenges that have impacted a number of shows. That said, we do not take cancellations lightly. Our goal is always to create a truly magical and seamless experience for our guests, and when we feel we cannot deliver that standard, difficult decisions are sometimes made.

    We take full responsibility for these disruptions, and we are actively working behind the scenes to strengthen our operations and prevent future cancellations as much as possible. While there are still some factors outside of our control, please know that creating a more reliable and consistent experience is a top priority for our team.

    We truly appreciate your understanding and your continued support. If there’s anything we can do to help you plan for a future show, or if you’d like to explore other options in the meantime, we’re always here to help.

    I'd also just like to ask honestly, is there a chance that these shows will continue to get cancelled? I try not to put too much stock into online reviews (especially since I am a repeat customer and came to Toy Story last year), but it sounds like these are consistently getting cancelled/rescheduled since late 2025.

    Thanks so much for your email and your patience. At this time, all Shrek shows are unavailable. However, we currently have tickets available for Ratatouille & Princess and the Frog. Please let me know if any of the showtimes below work for you and I'll send your tickets.

    Dear Fork n' Film guests,

    We are truly so sorry to share that all Fork n’ Film show scheduled from April 17 & April 18 has been postponed. Due to unforeseen operational circumstances, we are unable to deliver the Fork n’ Film experience at the level of quality our guests deserve this weekend. Rather than compromise the experience, we made the difficult decision to postpone these shows.

     

    We know many of you have been looking forward to this night and we genuinely hate having to disrupt those plans. Please know this decision was not made lightly, and we deeply appreciate your patience and understanding.

     

    To make this right, we’re inviting you to reschedule your tickets to any show starting in May. When you join us we’ll also include:

     

    • A complimentary welcome cocktail when you arrive

    • Preferred seating
