Hello, I just received a text that our fork n film show was canceled? Can you please elaborate? Is there no show at all? When can we expect a refund? I've read many terrible reviews about similar experiences, short notice cancellations and no refunds. Please let me know the next steps.

also, if refund is promptly sent I will follow these steps: "They are also not registered with the BBB. If you are in this situation, you have the right to file a chargeback with your payment provider, file a complaint with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau and file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission.
