    Hello, 
    I have been trying to get a hold of someone on your staff since last Thursday to get a refund issued for my postponed event. Your website says that you offer refunds when something like this happens. Someone should be able to help me out with this. 
    
    I have contacted you on your website "contact us" and the two above emails that I am currently writing too. I can't find a phone number for customer service online. If there is another more efficient way to get what I have  requested. Please let me know. 
    
    I will continue to contact your facility every day until someone responds.
