Hello, I have bought two sets of tickets for you guys, the first one was canceled and rescheduled to a show in December. The second set was canceled and I can’t reschedule. At this point I would like four tickets refunded to my account. How do I go about this? I’ve also tried to contact you guys and nobody responds. In all transparency, we are currently going through major internal changes, making it difficult to put on the quality events our guests deserve.I have flagged all 4 of your tickets for full refunds. Since your tickets were purchased in 2 transactions, your refunds will appear as 2 line items on your statement.
