Hello,

I just saw this show was cancelled. Could you please process a refund for my ticket?

I've also been looking for an update on my other rebooked tickets that were also cancelled (attached).

4 tickets - Polar Express cancelled 11/5/2025 then Little Mermaid cancelled 4/1/2026

1 ticket - Alice in Wonderland cancelled 4/10/2026

1 ticket - Lilo and Stich 1 ticket cancelled 5/20/26

Due to unforeseen operational circumstances, we are unable to deliver the Fork n’ Film experience at the level of quality our guests deserve this weekend. Rather than compromise the experience, we made the difficult decision to postpone these shows.   We know many of you have been looking forward to this night and we genuinely hate having to disrupt those plans. Please know this decision was not made lightly, and we deeply appreciate your patience and understanding.   To make this right, we’re inviting you to reschedule your tickets to any show starting in June. When you join us we’ll also include:   A complimentary welcome cocktail when you arrive Preferred seating A 10% discount code for a future Fork n’ Film experience (Code: POSTPONEDPDX10)   How to Reschedule 1.
