I sent several emails and you ignored me. I sent messages through social media. You ignored everything. You continued selling tickets. I filed a complaint with my credit card company via chargeback. Issue the refund. You knew you were canceling this event and yet you ignored everyone who inquired. I am not going to be playing your game where you say refund takes time to process. The credit card company has already informed you that you need to refund this.
