Good morning.

This is just one pf multiple emails i have sent since 27 April.  Trying to reschedule my attendance due to our son having prom on the 30th.

Looking to switch to the 31 May or other earliest date avail.

Can u please respond?  

If i still dont hear from you, you are forcing me to start posting negative reviews, contacting the better business bureau, and disputing the charge on my credit card.  None of these actions i want to take but ur lack of response for past 3+ weeks has left us no choice
