Event 3/21/26 cancelled trying to reschedule to 5/30/26

Good evening,

I’ve been trying to reach someone regarding assistance with my cancelled tickets. I received an email back in March stating that my event was cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, and I am now attempting to reschedule.

I would like to use my cancelled tickets to book the Saturday, May 30th Ratatouille showing at 1:00 PM. However, the website I was directed to is currently down, and when I try to book through the main website, it will not accept the promo code I was given (my first and last name).

Please let me know how I should proceed or if you are able to help me secure tickets for my preferred date and time. I don’t want to miss out on another event.
