Refund

Who do we contact about getting our money back? My wife booked a fork n film on 04/11/26 in LA for 4 guests. We never received an email with a location. We looked online and the only LA address that comes is the 813 Flower St address. We drove all the way over there, just to find out there are no more LA events. We spoke to the management at the Rooftop Bar and they said it had been a while that you stopped doing events at that location. Currently, your website still has LA as an option to book tickets. 

We had another booked event for 4 guests on 05/01/26 here in Vegas. We figured we would address the LA issue to the staff there, but to our surprise same thing. We were advised you are no longer doing Vegas events at Area 15. 

Both events were paid, I just need to know who we can talk to about this. 

My wife (Judy Patino) has sent emails to get refunded but we have not heard back from anyone.
