Dear Fork N Film,I am writing to follow up on a pending refund for the canceled showing of Ratatouille in Tempe, Arizona, originally scheduled for January 10.I purchased two tickets on December 31. Because I live out of town, I was unable to reschedule when the event was canceled. This cancellation also resulted in a lost hotel deposit and non-refundable childcare expenses.Although I was assured between January 5 and February 17 that a refund would be issued, I have not received the funds or a response to my April 10 follow-up.
