Because the schedule for that day had to be adjusted, the shift in timing unfortunately coincided with the show reaching its absolute maximum capacity. I know it’s incredibly disappointing to have a time changed on your behalf only to find the new slot unavailable, and for that, I am truly sorry.

I am following up once again regarding my reservation change request, as I still have not received confirmation for May 29th.

I noticed on your website that the May 29th event is listed as “almost gone,” which makes me concerned that the spots may sell out while I am still waiting for a response after you canceled my original reservation. I really need confirmation as soon as possible.

As mentioned before, May 29th is the last date I can attend, as I will be away for the next three months afterward. This event is also very important to me because it is part of my boyfriend’s birthday celebration.

To be honest, the communication and confirmation process throughout this situation has been really difficult and disappointing. I would greatly appreciate a clear response and confirmation today so I can finalize our plans. Saludos,

Dear Fork n' Film Team,

I have tried to contact you multiple times via email and Instagram regarding my reservation. Despite several attempts and multiple rescheduling options, I have never received any confirmation or a meaningful response regarding rescheduling my booking.

At this point, I can no longer attend the event and need to finalize alternative plans for my boyfriend's birthday celebration. Had I received timely communication, I may have been able to make different arrangements, but the lack of response has left me with no other option. Therefore, I am requesting a full refund of my purchase immediately.

If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will have no choice but to pursue other avenues, including filing complaints with the Better Business Bureau, the appropriate New York City consumer affairs authorities, and, if necessary, pursuing recovery through Small Claims Court. I would prefer to resolve this matter directly and amicably. Please process my refund and confirm in writing as soon as possible. Please confirm the full refund. Saludos,

Thanks for clarifying. The ONLY Date/Time that works for me is May 16th or  May 29^th at 630pm, since I will be out of the city for 3 months after May 30th . Please confirm ASAP. Saludos,

To clarify, the notification you received regarding the time change was indeed intended for the May 17th showing. Unfortunately, due to these schedule adjustments, we are unable to accommodate your original reservation for that date.

Also, the new 1:30 PM showtime does not work for me. I would appreciate it if you could please send me alternative date and time options as soon as possible.
