    Refund Status

    Hello,

    I was supposed to get a refund for the cancelled Scottsdale showing of Alice in Wonderland. 

    It has almost been a month now and I haven't received any updates on the process of my refund. I was wondering if there has been any updates or if you have an ETA on when it will start being processed?

    Hello Safiyah,

    Thank you for checking in. I truly apologize for the delay in the refund process. In all transparency, we have been going through major internal changes, and it is causing some backups. 

    At this time, our records show that you have initiated a chargeback. Due to this, we are unable to issue a refund directly, but we will accept your chargeback. Since the chargeback is through your bank, any further updates will be through them.

    Once again, we truly apologize for the delay.
