Event Postponed - Reschedule

Good morning,

Last week I received an email that my event, Cloudy for a Chance of Meatballs for today at 6:30pm, was postponed. I attempted to reschedule using the instructions in the email, but my code did not work. I tried submitting a comment on the website but have not received a response. 

I would like to clarify if this event is truly cancelled and how I can reschedule my tickets if so.
