    Show time change

    Hello

I cannot make the new scheduled time that you provided. I would like to
Have my money back. I have tried to reach out to this company many times and do not get a response back. This company never sent me the tickets I bought and then I found out that there are many bad reviews about it. You never sent me the venue name either. This is clearly a scam to take hard working people’s money. I will be filing a police report if I do not get my money back or a response. I spent over $600 that is a lot of money for a grandmother. Not nice to take advantage of people..

    Regards

    Re: Show time change

    Hi Diana,

Thank you so much for reaching out! Please accept my sincere apologies for the frustration and concern this situation has caused you. We truly regret that you were unable to join us for the rescheduled time last weekend.

I want to personally reassure you that we are a legitimate business, and it is never our intention to make our guests feel disregarded. I have located your reservation in our system under your name; however, I noticed that the email address on file differs from the one you are currently using to contact us.

Could you please confirm if the email address associated with your tickets matches the one shown in the image below?

    [Insert Image Here]

Our records show that two emails were sent following your purchase on March 26th: a formal invoice and a separate email containing your three tickets. It is quite common for a minor typo in an email address to prevent these from arriving, or for them to be redirected to a spam folder.

We value your support and certainly want to resolve this for you immediately. I have already initiated the refund process for your order. I will follow up with you shortly to provide a refund receipt for your records.

Thank you for your patience and for giving us the opportunity to make this right.

    Warm regards,
    Sam

Triplesixeight@hotmail.com is my email address. I actually very rarely use this one. I don’t even know how you would have gotten this one.  Since you are a legitimate company like you say, I would
Like for my money to be returned. I never got my tickets and then the change of time was not good for me.

    My email address is triplesixeight@hotmail.com
I never received tickets. I do not know how you got this email address. I haven’t used this email in so long.  I would just like my money back. If I don’t receive it back I will file a case. I have read reviews about this company on the BBB and I will file a claim if my money is not received.
