    Refund request (2nd request)

    Hello,
    Do far, i have not seen any acknowledgement of my cancelation request. I'd like to request a refund for my purchase to the May 10th show since there was a postponement on Fork n Film's end for my reservation. My order number is 3040-RR7G-985 for two tickets. Please respond as soon as possible. Thank you.

    Refunds may take longer than usual as we’re currently managing high volume, but we’ll keep you updated. If you change your mind and would like to reschedule your tickets for another event, we’d be happy to offer a complimentary VIP upgrade as a gesture of appreciation.
