    Need a refund…

    Hi,
    I was one of the customers that was supposed to have a Fork n’ Film event tomorrow. My code doesn’t work for a rescheduling, and the event sale closed.

    Unfortunately I don't remember what offer it was... but I remember I paid 50% off. I paid it 3 months ago, so I am not remembering correctly. I did buy 2 tickets, though!

    Thank you for that information. Unfortunately, we do not have Ratatouille scheduled again until March 2027.

    Regarding the discount you used, we will honor your original pricing. If you choose to reschedule, we will not charge you any additional fees, so you are all set in that regard.

    Please let me know if you would like to select a different date or event, or if you would prefer to proceed with the refund.
