I hope you’re doing well.

I’m reaching out regarding the postponed Ratatouille event in Los Angeles. After receiving notice of the postponement, I checked the available reschedule dates and unfortunately every Los Angeles showing for every movie is currently sold out.

I’m really disappointed this didn’t work out. I had specifically planned this as a surprise Christmas gift for my boyfriend, and I put a lot of effort into securing the tickets, including finding and using a 30% discount code when purchasing them. We previously attended the Mulan showing and had such a great experience, which made me especially excited for this event.

Since there are no available replacement showings that work for us, I’d like to request:

- a full refund for the postponed event, and

- a combined 40% discount credit (reflecting both my original 30% discount and the additional 10% offered following the cancellation) that I can use toward a future booking once new availability opens up.

I’d really appreciate your help in making this right, as this situation was extremely disappointing after looking forward to the experience for so long.
