    Refund for show

    Hi, 

    I would please like to just get refunded for our show instead of rescheduling. We have been trying to go since January but every time that the show comes up it gets cancelled. For the coco show that got cancelled I should have two tickets under Colby Medina. If you need the other person the ticket would be for it would be Francisco. Let me know if you need anything else.

    I have flagged your order for a full refund. Since your tickets were originally purchased separately, you will receive two refunds, both for $102.49. Refunds are processed in the order they are received. As soon as yours is processed we will provide an update.

    I was just checking on the refund. It has not been received on either card that was used for purchase. How long does it normally take to go through?
