I have emailed 2 times this past week and have not gotten a response. I was not able to re-schedule to another show. I did not know that there was a time frame to use the promo code. I would like to see Shrek on June 26th if possible. Also, I missed a show in December and was able to get a credit to re-schedule. I want to know if i could see the grinch movie in december.
