I’m trying to reschedule my Fork n’ Film tickets using the provided reschedule page, but I’m running into an issue at checkout.

I followed the instructions and entered my full name exactly as shown on my original reservation (“irene bui”), but the promo code is not being accepted.

Could you please assist with resolving this or provide the correct code so I can complete the rescheduling?
