    We are a very small team working behind the scenes to manually process each of these refunds for the canceled San Francisco event. Because we’re handling them one by one to ensure everything is accurate, it’s taking us a bit longer than we’d like. We truly appreciate your patience and grace as we work through the list.

    I am following up regarding my refund for the canceled San Francisco event.


    It has now been over two months since I first requested my refund, and despite multiple follow-ups, I have yet to receive either the refund or a confirmation that it has been processed.


    I am very disappointed with how this matter has been handled. I should not have to repeatedly reach out for updates on money that is owed to me.


    At this point, I am requesting an immediate update regarding the status of my refund and a specific timeline for when I can expect the funds to be returned. If this matter cannot be resolved promptly, I will begin exploring additional options, including filing a claim in small claims court to recover the funds owed.
