REFUND/LEGAL ACTION
Not sure why I'm being totally ignored now but that DOESN'T make the problem go away!! However. I have no choice but to proceed with legal action. EXTREMELY disappointed with the level of disregard to me and EVERY other customer you have ignored, scammed and failed to provide refunds to. The owners of this company are totally RIDICULOUS. - losangeles@forknfilm.comto A Fatal Attraction To Cuteness <michele7576@gmail.com>Reply (operator)5/2/2026, 7:13:37 PM
Re: REFUND/LEGAL ACTION
Hi Michele,
I am seeing your message now, and I want to offer my deepest apologies for the continued lack of resolution and the feeling that you are being ignored. Threatening legal action is completely understandable given the unacceptable delays on both of your refunds.
I am immediately escalating your case for both the Beauty and the Beast and The Little Mermaid refunds to ensure they are processed as soon as possible. I know words haven't been enough, but please know we are treating this with the highest urgency.
I will personally follow up with confirmation the moment the funds are released.Best,AlexOn Sat, May 2, 2026 at 7:26 AM A Fatal Attraction To Cuteness <michele7576@gmail.com> wrote:Not sure why I'm being totally ignored now but that DOESN'T make the problem go away!! Re: REFUND/LEGAL ACTION
Hi Alex, Thank you for the apology AGAIN!! However, I have been told this case was being 'escalated' for the last four months by you and other employees with no results. The pharse, "highest urgency" is being told to me and other customers over and over and is now just part of a script you say rather than a solution. I need more than a promise of urgency; I need a specific date by which I will see the funds in my account. Please provide a firm deadline for when these refunds will be processed. I understand you are doing all you can but at this stage you cannot help me anymore. I would like the name and contact email of the supervisor you keep saying you're escalating this too.If I do not have a transaction confirmation by Friday May 8th, I will be moving forward with the legal options previously mentioned.Regards,MicheleOn Sat, May 2, 2026, 12:13 PM Fork Film <losangeles@forknfilm.com> wrote:Hi Michele,
