    Rescheduling

    Hello. I have tried reaching out to you guys and you guys dont respond. You canceled our second event with you guys and now theres no rescheduling dates. No, I dont want a refund but I would appreciate it if we could reschedule our second date do one of the events you guys have coming soon.

    Please let me know a couple of dates you are interested in for your second event. Once I have those, I will look into whether we can reschedule you for one of those dates.

    Thank you for the responds. 

    The request is also for my Fiance that used her own email. RamirezKarina91@gmail.com so if we can make the change for us both. It was purchased separately so Im hoping you guys can change hers as well. Let me know if you need additional details or information to make that happen. I truly appreciate it. Below are some dates that we would love it if we could get. We initially got Princess and the Frog and Ratatouille. Our first postponement we no longer could get Princess and the Frog and now this second one got postponed and im hoping we could get at least one of the two that we initially booked. Please and thank you. 

    Ratatouille: Friday May 29th @ 6:30pm OR Friday June 5th @ 6:30om

    OR 

    Princess and The Frog:  Friday June 12th @ 6:30pm OR Sunday June 14 @ 6:30pm OR Friday Jun 19th @ 6:30pm

    Hello. It's been 12 days since my response and the experience so far has be bad and I'm so sad that it is. Both our shows being postponed. One already rescheduled but a completely different movie and this second one is also looking bad. Can you guys please help us out and help us please.
