Re: Refund request: Coco 5/1/26
Dear Tanya,
I am so incredibly sorry for the frustration and disappointment this has caused. Experiencing three separate cancellations is far from the magical experience we strive to create at Fork’ n Film, and I completely understand why your patience has been stretched thin.
Please know that we truly value your support, and I’m going to make it my personal priority to get this straightened out for you immediately.
I am getting started on your total refund of $512.46 right now. I will be investigating why the Little Mermaid credit hasn't reached you yet and ensuring the Coco refund is processed without further delay.
I'll be following up with you very shortly with a status update. Thank you for sticking with us - we really want to make this right.Warm regards,SamCustomer SupportOn Tue, Apr 28, 2026 at 11:59 AM Tanya Chirapuntu <tanyachirapuntu@me.com> wrote:Dear Fork’ n Film team,I am requesting a refund for the postponed Coco screening originally scheduled for May 1. Re: Refund request: Coco 5/1/26
Hi Tanya,
Thank you for the update regarding the Ratatouille showing. I am sincerely sorry to hear that this has been canceled as well. I completely understand your decision not to move forward with future tickets after these repeated disappointments.
As requested, I have added the $204.98 for the May 16th showing to your request. This brings your total refund amount to $717.44.
I am personally overseeing this to ensure the full amount - including the previously discussed refunds for The Little Mermaid and Coco.
Thank you again for your patience while I get this squared away for you.Warm regards,SamOn Tue, May 12, 2026 at 4:36 PM Tanya Chirapuntu <tanyachirapuntu@me.com> wrote:Hello Sam,Thank you for your reply. Re: Refund request: Coco 5/1/26
Hello,I am writing to follow up on the status of my outstanding refunds in the amount of $717.44. My initial refund request was submitted on March 26, and since then, two additional showings have been canceled. Despite multiple follow-ups and assurances that the matter would be personally overseen, I have yet to receive any updates or reimbursement. At this point, I am seeking a definitive timeline for when my refunds will be processed and returned. I have been patient and understanding throughout this process, but if this matter cannot be resolved promptly, I will pursue other avenues for resolution, including filing formal consumer complaints with the Better Business Bureau and other agencies. I would prefer to resolve this directly and appreciate your immediate attention to this matter. Please confirm when I can expect to receive the refunds.Warmly,Tanya ChirapuntuOn May 14, 2026, at 2:18 PM, Fork Film <sanfrancisco@forknfilm.com> wrote:Hi Tanya,

Fwd: Refund request: Coco 5/1/26
This message serves as my fourth formal request for a refund related to events that were canceled by your organization.
It has now been nearly four months since my initial request, and despite multiple follow-ups, the matter remains unresolved. To date, I have not received the refund owed, and I have instead encountered repeated delays and inconsistent communication. Meanwhile, your organization continues to actively promote and sell tickets for other events, which raises serious concerns regarding your business practices and fulfillment of obligations.
Accordingly, I am requesting immediate payment of the outstanding refund in the amount of $717.44. Please confirm in writing within five (5) business days that this refund has been processed, along with the expected timeline for receipt.
If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will pursue further action to recover the funds owed to me, including but not limited to initiating a dispute through my financial institutions and exploring additional remedies available under applicable consumer protection laws.
I expect your prompt attention to this matter.
-Tanya Chirapuntu
