    Is there an update on when this will be resolved because I’ve not received any response and it’s getting very frustrating. My payment plan will not allow me to cancel until you do. I’m being forced to pay for a service I did not receive and that’s outrageous.

    This is almost an identical response to what I have already received. When will I receive my refund? I will not receive a full refund from affirm because of the interest I have to pay because you won’t release my refund
