Thank you for the update. I would like to reschedule my ticket but per this email, it says that can only be rescheduled for one if the shows in May. My issue is that out of the two shows left for May I have either already done or I have already a ticket for. I want to rescheduled for the showing of Shrek in June instead. Would that be possible under the circumstances ?
