    Rescheduled

    Hi,
    The show i booked for 3/24 in SF for Ratatouille was postponed. I was trying to reschedule and it looks like the next available date for that movie isnt till 2027. I was also interested in your Alice in Wonderland show, is that one available in SF this year? If so can I reschedule to that date? I cant seem to find it.

    Thank you so much for reaching out! I’m so sorry for the confusion regarding the Ratatouille schedule - since we are a small team, our calendar can shift, and I know how disappointing it is to see a favorite movie so far out.

    I would be more than happy to help you look into Alice in Wonderland options! However, I wanted to check in with you first: were you able to successfully rebook your tickets already? On my end, it’s showing that your reschedule coupon code has already been processed/used. If that wasn't you, or if something went wrong during the checkout process, please let me know right away so I can look into it and help you find the best date for Alice in Wonderland in SF!

    Hi, no worries its understandable. I have not rebooked yet. I did look at my options but never officially rescheduled.
