    Thanks for checking in on your refunds. I can assure you that both of your refund requests remain active in our system and are being monitored by our billing department. 

    Unfortunately, at this time, we do not have an expected time frame for when they will be completed. Refunds are processed in the order that they are requested. As soon as we process yours, we will let you know. 

    We understand that waiting isn't ideal, and we truly apologize for the inconvenience. If there is anything we can help you with in the meantime, please let us know.
