    Following up here. I have been rescheduled since October and have decided to finally just get my money back. I was told it was going to process but I’m not seeing it. Please advise. This was a lot of money spent with nothing for months.

    Following up again. Thank you for looking into this. As I noted this was quite a bit of money and we’ve gotten nothing out of this. I would appreciate it if you looked into this and refunded us as soon as possible. 

    I took a look at my credit card statement and I’m still not seeing the refund. It was $614.97 and at this point, I’d like my money back now.

    FINAL NOTICE: Urgent Refund Request - $614.97 

    Hi,

    I am following up on my previous emails regarding the $614.97 refund for my 3 tickets.

    It has now been nearly two months since you confirmed on April 9th that my refund was being processed. While I appreciate that you are a small team, waiting since October for either an event or my money back is no longer acceptable.

    If I do not receive a written refund receipt and confirmation that the funds have been sent by end of week I will be forced to escalate this by initiating a formal dispute with my credit card company for services not rendered and filing a formal complaint.

    I expect this to be resolved immediately.

    I took a look at my credit card statement and I’m still not seeing the refund. It was $614.97 and at this point, I’d like my money back now.

Due to unforeseen operational circumstances, we are unable to deliver the Fork n’ Film experience at the level of quality our guests deserve this weekend. Rather than compromise the experience, we made the difficult decision to postpone these shows.

     

    We know many of you have been looking forward to this night and we genuinely hate having to disrupt those plans. Please know this decision was not made lightly, and we deeply appreciate your patience and understanding.
