    It is now April 1st and I still haven’t heard back from anyone concerning this matter since your initial acknowledgment email, which was sent on March 10, 2026.  Can someone please assist with resolving this matter?  

    Is there a live person that I can actually speak to because emails are not proving to be a successful  means of communication with your company.

    Do you have a status update on this matter?  Can someone please explain why this is taking so long. I have provided extremely detailed documentation, which you have acknowledged and agreed that I received below standards in comparison to the service that your company advertised.  

    I am starting to feel like your company is trying to string me along with the hopes that I will let this go and move on.  This was not a $100 loss. In total over $2000 was spent, which included travel to get to your venue in NY.  

    What further research is needed in order to justify a refund?  You guys are now just giving me the run around and this is not fair or professional.

    I have provided my number for someone to contact me yet no one has reach out.  You all are responding to my emails days/weeks later.  I would really appreciate if this matter can be resolved as soon as possible.  We are getting closer to two months trying to deal with this matter.  I have been beyond patient and this process that your company is taking me through, for your shortcomings, is becoming extremely frustrating.
