Refund Requested for The Little Mermaid - April 3rd San Francisco

    Refund Requested for The Little Mermaid - April 3rd San Francisco

    Hello - we are currently holding 2 tickets for the subject showing. We already have 2 tickets to Coco in May which we purchased but needed to reschedule due to conflicting work travel and you've graciously provided a coupon code for those 2 tickets already. Instead of holding 4 tickets for rescheduling would prefer a refund for The Little Mermaid.

    We are Gold Fork members and rest assured we will be scheduling future shows but it's too early for us to commit to Summer/Fall dates just now.

    Thank you for reaching out and for being a Gold Fork member. I completely understand wanting the refund for The Little Mermaid given your existing credit for Coco.

    I am processing the full refund request. I will send a confirmation email as soon as the transaction is initiated. It may take longer than usual, we are managing high volume.
