I was using the link provided in the instructions! Now the link isn't working at all, I am using the one from the newest email.

Following up again... I would really like to be contacted about this as soon as possible or at least get a refund at this point. If you could please get back to me as soon as possible as this was a gift and I am getting a bit frustrated trying to reschedule.
