Location for 6:30pm screening
Hello, I was hoping you could tell me where is the screening for tonight’s 6:30pm Ratatouille show. I never received any email confirmation from the original purchase time nor the week prior email that was supposed to have the location. I’ve been trying to get in contact with you guys but I have not received any response. I have two tickets for tonight and I’d like an answer ASAP. I am so sorry that you didn’t receive your initial confirmation or the location details leading up to the show - I can only imagine how stressful that was to navigate, especially on the day of the event.

Hello,I never heard back from anyone after multiple emails and messages through social media. I missed the screening and will need a refund for the showing. I have been reaching out since 3/18/26 and never got a reply besides an unhelpful message back through your instagram. Thank you for reaching out, and I sincerely apologize for the frustration and for missing the screening. I’ve been looking closely into what happened here to get to the bottom of why you didn't receive our communications.
It turns out there was a small spelling error in the email address entered during the initial checkout in January - specifically, an extra 'a' in 'gmail'. Because of that typo, the system could not deliver your original confirmation or the location details we sent on March 16th at 3:37PM. I’ve attached the documentation below so you can see the contact info we had on file.
We completely understand that mistakes can happen during the checkout process! While we aren't able to offer a refund in this instance, we’d love to make this right as a one-time courtesy. We are happy to process a full credit via a coupon code so you can rebook for a future date - this time with the corrected information to ensure you receive every update.
