Hello,

My name is Michiah Lee. I placed an order for January 14th to attend the Princess and the Frog Fork n Film. I am coming from Philadelphia and have been extremely excited about finally snagging tickets to the show. Unfortunately the traffic today was worse than I expected despite leaving Philadelphia at 2pm. I couldn’t have accounted for the weekend traffic. 

I was fortunately able to speak with Santiago in person to explain my travel issues. I would love the opportunity reschedule if the New York team would allow the courtesy. This is my first show and I am certainly still looking forward to the experience. Please advise if this is something that can be rearranged for a later date. 

I greatly appreciate your help in this matter.

Hi Sierra!

I did mention that we had an opening for today but I don't think she is able to make it.

You can offer it once again and say that due to all of our foreseeable future shows being full we are not able to reschedule her, unless there's another option you have for her.

Thank you so much for getting back to me. Could I please join the 4/12 showing. I think that would allow more than enough time to get there the night before and avoid any traffic.

If it works for you, we have availability tonight, 2/28 @ 6:30pm, and tomorrow night, 3/1 @ 6:30pm, and we would love to host you. We will also be showing Princess and the Frog again on 4/12 at the following times:
