Re: Help with a reservation please

It is now September. A full year after I bought these tickets. And still no refund for a show you cancelled on me and didn't reach out. Someone said they would be in touch and to be patient and I have tried. But enough is enough. Please let me know this is being read by someone or I will start posting negative reviews on every site.

    Hello Chantelle,

I truly apologize for the delay in getting back to you, and I appreciate your patience. I completely understand that at this time you prefer a refund instead of rescheduling. I have flagged your order for a full refund of $599.98. Once your refund is processed, we will reach back out to you with an update and a copy of your refund receipt.

Please know that we are experiencing some delays with refunds, but this remains a top priority, and we hope to have everything taken care of as soon as possible. If there is anything we can help you with in the meantime, please let us know!

    Warm regards,
    Sierra

I have been trying for a month now and have only received one email. Unfortunately that one was in response to my saying I would post a bad review amd nothing since. I really don't think you guys can afford too many more reviews like this. I haven't posted anything yet but am happy to post a good one if you would just refund me. Any response would be appreciated at this point.

Is there a way to just get a refund for now? I lost my job Friday and could really use the money at this time.

    Hello Chantelle,

Thank you for reaching out. We are truly sorry for the last-minute cancellation of your event last weekend. I completely understand how disappointing this is, especially since you showed up to the venue. I did some digging on our end, and I can confirm that we did attempt to reach you via email and text regarding the cancellation. I have attached screenshots below for transparency.

With that being said, since the event was cancelled by us, we are more than happy to assist you with rescheduling to another event. Right now we have the following available:
    • Ratatouille
    • The Little Mermaid
    • Princess and the Frog
    • Coco
    • Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs
    • Lilo and Stitch
Availability is limited and fills up fast, so please let me know your preferences as soon as possible. I look forward to hearing from you!

    Warm regards,
    Sierra

I've tried emailing a couple times now and still received no response. My next step is to start leaving reviews... this is proof I paid for the Nightmare before Christmas show in October that ended up getting cancelled.  Instead of getting a refund we applied my payment to Princess and the Frog that was supposed to be this past weekend. I showed up and there was just a sign on the door. No email, no phone call.... I've attached the picture for reference... I would really like to discuss this with someone please. I've been to two other events last year and have been recommending it to people... please help.
    Thank you,
