    Request for Exception Due to Weather-Related Travel Disruption

    Hello Fork & Film Team,

    I hope you’re doing well. I’m reaching out regarding my ticket purchase for the upcoming Fork & Film event. I purchased my ticket several months ago and was very much looking forward to attending.

    Unfortunately, due to the severe winter storm and blizzard conditions, flights in my area have been suspended, and I am unable to travel safely to the event. This situation is completely out of my control, and at this time there are no alternative flight options available.

    I understand and respect your stated no-refund policy; however, given the extraordinary circumstances and weather-related travel shutdowns, I wanted to ask if an exception could be made in the form of a refund, credit, or transfer to a future event.

    I truly value the experience your events offer and would love the opportunity to attend in the future if possible. I appreciate you taking the time to review my request and for any consideration you’re able to provide.
