    Hi,
    
    I have been trying to get ahold of someone since Saturday about my tickets from the Sunday (2/22) showing of princess and the frog. I was told I would be able to reschedule to a different show due to the state of emergency and travel ban from the blizzard. 
    
    It’s very frustrating that there was not a single communication sent out about this event and the only response I was sent was 1 instagram that told me to reach out via email to reschedule. These tickets were not cheap and I would appreciate a response.
