My tickets are attached. I bought 2 tickets for Feb 22 at 6:30 PM. I live in Raleigh NC. I flew in to NY this morning but, my Monday morning flight was cancelled so the rebooked me on a Sunday night flight. 1 hour later that one was cancelled. So I had to get rebooked on a flight out tonight if I did not want to get stuck in the storm. If I did not take this flight they could not guarantee when I would be able to go home. I m asking for a refund on my tickets for tomorrow because due to the storm I am not able to be there. Please consider my request.
