I’m following up on the last email. Due to the blizzard on Sunday (February 22nd, 2026) I was unable to travel to NYC for the 6:30pm showing of The Princess and The Frog. I bought two tickets for that show, I wanted to know if I would get a credit for the next showing or a refund?  Below is the notice I received from NJ Transit. 



Greetings once more Sierra, 

Unfortunately my guest and I are traveling from New Jersey vía public transportation and was informed trains and buses may not be available after 7pm. I’m not sure what to do. Would I be able to get a credit for another movie showing? Sorry we were just informed while traveling.

• 4/12 @ 1:30pm
• 4/12 @ 6:30pm

We also have the following movies available:
