    I bought this as a Christmas gift for my sister because she loved that movie specifically and I am not going to hold on to tickets in hopes that maybe someday that’ll be back on out here where I live.

    While I appreciate that, it does not make much sense. I paid for a service it was supposed to be provided over a week ago you weren't able to provide the service. I don't understand why the refund wouldn't be issued right away.

    If it's easier, I can reach out to my credit card company.

    We are continuing to process refunds, and yours remains a priority with our team. We are working diligently to move everything forward as quickly as possible.

    If you would prefer to contact your credit card company, you are welcome to do so. Should you decide to initiate a chargeback, we will not contest it and will approve it on our end. Once a chargeback is filed, your financial institution takes over the process and will be responsible for returning the funds directly to you based on their timeline.

    Your financial institution will process the return of the funds and provide them back to your original method of payment.
