    GIVE ME MY REFUND

    4 MONTHS
    
    4 months of lies
    
    4 months of fake AI generated emails
    
    4 months of interest charges I’ve paid
    
    4 months since Fork n Film stole almost $1000 dollars from me.
    
    I have documentation where you all agreed to refund my money. Why has this not happened?? You have shows every weekend. You are stealing more money from more people so you obviously have the funds. I will not stop until my money is refunded as promised.

    I have documentation where you all agreed to refund my money. Why has this not happened?? You have shows every weekend. You are stealing more money from more people so you obviously have the funds. I will not stop until my money is refunded as promised.

    Thank you for your email and for your continued patience. We sincerely apologize for the delay in processing your refund and would like to provide you with a clear update on the status as we work to finalize it.

    Our records show that you made two separate ticket purchases for the October show. A chargeback was initiated through your financial institution for one of those purchases on February 11th. We did not contest the chargeback and formally accepted it on February 13th. A screenshot of this transaction has been added below for your reference.

    Because a chargeback was initiated, we can no longer process a refund for this transaction. The chargeback is now fully handled by your bank or credit card provider, and any resolution will be determined by them. For updates on the refund status, we recommend contacting your financial institution directly, if you haven't already.

    We’d like to process your refund for the second purchase as soon as possible. While we typically issue refunds to the original payment method, we’ve encountered a limitation due to the use of Afterpay. The refund window for that platform has unfortunately passed, so we’re unable to issue the refund through our usual process.

    As an alternative, we’d be happy to send your refund via Zelle or Venmo. Please send us your preferred refund method and the necessary details, and our accounting team will process your refund.

    We truly appreciate your understanding and look forward to resolving this for you promptly.
